A B O U T

Who?

Hey - I am Anne, French-Australian and currently living in Düsseldorf (Germany) after having lived in France and Australia for a while.

I am an Engineer and Procurement Manager (aka I manage the interaction with suppliers in big companies).

I am passionate about travel, and always strive to being grateful in life.

As a feminist, earth friend, globetrotter and mum, I am willing to make my bit for the planet. Do you too?

Why?

I have created Colors of the Green as a dedicated space to share my tips towards a greener daily life.

This site is intended to be:

  • a one-stop-for-all greeny tips for your daily life,

  • simply described - using a few bullet points without the “blog” story you sometimes have to read to get to the essential info you were looking for,

  • easy to search - not like if you try searching for a recipe through Instagram for example.

My vision is to empower people to make a positive impact to leave the best possible planet to our next generation.

What does “Colors of the Green” mean?

“Colors of the Green” stands for all the different aspects (aka “Colors”) that sustainability can have ecologically, socially and economically in your life and therefore is reflected in how you travel, take care of yourself and kids, buy your clothes, etc…

“Colors of the Green” is also inspired from the song Colors of the Wind (Disney, Pocahontas), a song about respecting nature and based on a famous letter wrote by Chief Seattle (a Native American) regarding humanity's relationship with nature.

I would love to hear from you.

If you have any good tips you would like to share about travel, kids, home, beauty or fashion, I am more than happy to hear from you and complete the site with your suggestions!

All the tips shared on this website are not subsidised by any brand (unless specified otherwise). If you are interested to advertise your brand, please get in touch by email.

Together let’s make this space our one-place-to-go-to for sharing sustainable tips to everyone.
